Just watched the news and with Stewart being found guilty of that tackle on Matty, Laffranchi has been called up as the 18th Player for the Blues!

Jetstar Gold Coast Titans forward Anthony Laffranchi has been called into the NSW State of Origin squad as 18th man.

Laffranchi joined the Blues in camp in Werribee today, having been called up after the promotion of Luke Lewis into the 17-man squad for suspended forward Glenn Stewart.

Laffranchi may also be a chance to start in State of Origin 1 in Melbourne next Wednesday if Paul Gallen is ruled out with a shoulder injury."
