Euston is pretty near centre of London whereas Quins ground ,the Stoop is on the outskirts.Iwould reckon about an hour by train really,a few different ways you could go but Northern Line from Euston station(going southbound, will be Kennington or Morden destination on front),to Waterloo station, there you will need to get a South/West train(overground) heading to Windsor or Reading destination, getting off at Twickenham station. The ground is 5 mins from station.
You might want to double check that kick off time,Super League games are notorious for short notice changes due to the power Sky TV exerts on the game in UK,pretty sure i saw it advertised as 1.30 kick off.
Will post a link for train route service, just enter in your destos and times etc, hopefully it will work, and if you do go,SHOUT FOR THE QUINS...there aint many of us but we are some of the loyalest fans in the game, cheers,Quins RL.

Its a 1.30 kick off, tickets from £12. Maybe if your flight gets in early you could still make it.
